Organic silicon high folding packaging adhesive
This product is a two component high refractive index silicone liquid encapsulation adhesive suitable for SMT packaging such as 3528, 5050 series, etc. It has high adhesion, high transparency, high refractive index (1.54), high strength, and excellent wet thermal stability. Silicone can protect chips and leads by absorbing the stress generated by the thermal cycle inside the packaging. Mainly used for LED chip protection, SMD, Molding, etc.

- 1. Usage ratio: ZJ-OP5240 A 1 portion; 4 copies of ZJ-OP5240 B;
- 2. Mix materials A and B evenly in proportion, and then place them under vacuum for 30 to 40 minutes to remove any residual air from the adhesive to avoid affecting its airtightness;
- 3. After defoaming, use a syringe or dispensing machine to fill. After filling, proceed to the curing process.
- 4. Recommended curing conditions: 80 ℃/1h+150 ℃/3h
- 5. When applying the product, pay attention to wearing labor protection to avoid high temperature burns during the construction process and prohibit consumption.
- 6. Use this product with caution and pay attention to safety precautions before and during use. In addition, safety regulations stipulated by relevant national or local governments should also be followed. (Please refer to the corresponding MSDS for detailed safety instructions)
